ABSTRACT:
For improving the lubrication of the rotary rings in spinning and twisting frames, a device is provided which is composed by an annular oil reservoir formed in the ring carrier immediately below the stator body, the bottom edge of the rotor body projecting into the oil reservoir and being at a distance from the inner wall of the reservoir so as to form an air passage through which atmospherical air can be drawn into the reservoir when the ring is rapidly rotated: an atomization of the oil is thus originated and the airborne oil particles may reach all the points to be lubricated.
