ABSTRACT:
A dye-donor element for thermal dye transfer comprising a support having on one side thereof a dye layer and on the other side a slipping layer consisting essentially of a lubricating material of a polyethylene glycol having a number average molecular weight of about 6000 or above or fatty acid esters of polyvinyl alcohol.
