ABSTRACT:
Stable oil-in-water emulsions for pipeline transmission are formed at a temperature of from about 100.degree. F. to about 200.degree. F. preferably using at least one ethoxylated alkylphenol compound and a freezing point depressant for water to enable pipeline transmission at temperatures below the freezing point of water.
