ABSTRACT:
A low infrared emissivity paint composition for use in coating applications requiring nuclear flash protection. The paint comprises a mixture of a pigment material such as Ta.sub.2 O.sub.5, BaTiO.sub.3, CdS, Sb.sub.2 S.sub.3, CoTiO.sub.3 or CdSe and an oxime cured silicone binder material.
