ABSTRACT:
Monolithic ceramic capacitors exhibiting Q values of around 10,000 at 10 MHz have been made that sinter at 1100.degree. C. The buried electrodes are a 70 Ag/30 Pd alloy. The body has a high firing component and a low melting borate flux. The high firing component is a magnesium zinc titanate. The TCC of these capacitors is at least as low as 0.+-.60 ppm.
