ABSTRACT:
A small engine emissions control system with a float bowl carburetor minimizing CO emissions by tailoring fuel delivery to engine demand over a broad range of operating speeds and conditions, an exhaust gas recirculation valve to reduce NO.sub.x emissions and a pulse valve mixing fresh air with hot exhaust gases to reduce HC and CO emissions.
