ABSTRACT:
This is a device for holding sheets of paper in a loose-leaf notebook. The mechanism comprises rings upon which the sheets are filed, a deformable surface which controls the action of the rings, a control slide which alters the shape of the surface, a cover and a base. The shape of the control slide, base and cover assure positive control over the position of the rings.
