ABSTRACT:
An electrical wire bundle W is accommodated in a main body20of a protector10,a cover portion30is closed, and the main body20and the cover portion30are locked by lock portions40capable of engaging the two members. Namely, if a belt-shaped retaining piece31extending from the cover portion30toward the main body20is inserted into a retaining hole25of a through hole23provided through an attaching portion21of the main body20,a pawl portion32of the retaining piece31rides over a flexible piece24,which is provided between the retaining hole25and a flexible hole26,while deflecting the flexible piece24,so as to be retained by the flexible piece24.Since a widthwise dimension of the flexible hole26is less than a maximum widthwise dimension of the retaining piece31,when the retaining piece31is inserted in the retaining hole25,even if an attempt is erroneously made to insert the retaining piece31into the flexible hole26the retaining piece31cannot be inserted. Therefore, it is possible to know that an inserting position is erroneous. Further, since the flexible hole26is present on an outer side of the retaining hole26,it is possible to prevent the retaining piece31from slipping down to the outer side.
