ABSTRACT:
A locator for a crimping tool is provided with a grip element accommodating an electrical connector for each pair of dies. The grip elements(s) is (are) carried by a carrier block means which is rectilinearily movable between a stand-by position, in which with the aid of a lever and a slanting track the grip element(s) is (are) located in the area between the open jaws of the crimping tool (10), and a rest position, in which they are located completely outside this area.
