ABSTRACT:
In a load measuring mechanism capable of easily adjusting a positional deviation error by means of a positional deviation error adjusting portion, a load receiving portion3is connected to a substrate portion2by means of parallel link portions4a,4bvia flexures5a-5d, a finely deformable portion2ais provided at an upper portion of the substrate portion2, and the flexure5ais coupled with the deformable portion2a. Positional deviation error adjusting portions10are provided on both sides of the substrate portion2, a base portion12of the positional deviation error adjusting portion10is connected to a first lever13via a fulcrum15, and the first lever13is coupled with a second lever14via a flexible portion16. When a distance between the base portion12and the first lever13is increased by rotating an adjusting bolt11, this displacement is transferred to an end14aof the second lever14. Then, a deviation force is applied to the flexure5aby means of an end14bof the second lever14secured between the deformable portion2aand the flexure5asuch that a height of the flexure5ais changed to adjust the positional deviation error.
