ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to live virus vaccines containing temperature-sensitive mutant strains of bovine Adenovirus, the cut-off temperature of said mutant strain being comprised between 39.degree. and 40.degree. C.
The invention also relates to the induction of said temperature-sensitive mutant strains and to a vaccination method by intranasal administration of the obtained vaccines.
