ABSTRACT:
A heating device for use in a fuel burning apparatus for converting liquid fuel into a vapor. The heating device includes a heating element disposed within a cylindrical housing and having an absorbing material disposed is a spiral recessed path around the heating device's cylindrical housing. A receiving tube is coupled to the absorbing material for receiving the liquid fuel and directing it onto the spiral path. The cylindrical housing surrounds the heating element.
