A rubber12is vulcanized and bonded integrally with an engine side mounting member11and a barrel member14for caulking and fixing a diaphragm16. A car body side mounting member13is formed by injection molding a resin material on the outer circumference of the rubber12. A seal is provided between the barrel member14and the diaphragm16by caulking the peripheral edge part of the diaphragm16with the barrel member14.
