ABSTRACT:
Liquid laundry detergent compositions containing glucose and glucose oxidase for generation of hydrogen peroxide during the laundering process are stabilized against premature hydrogen peroxide generation in the composition during storage by inclusion of Cu.sup.2+ or Ag.sup.+ ions in said compositions. The compositions also contain a bleaching catalyst to facilitate bleaching by the hydrogen peroxide.
