ABSTRACT:
The piezoelectric vibrators33respectively have the active parts33acapable of performing piezoelectric deformation joined to the elastic walls26aforming one face of each of the pressure chambers34via the insular parts. On both sides of the active parts33ain the vibrator width direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction of a plurality of nozzle openings23, a pair of unit fixing parts30and33bare installed. The pair of unit fixing parts30and33bare joined to the parts of the flow path unit21other than a plurality of elastic walls26a. According to the present invention, without increasing the rigidity of the case for storing the piezoelectric actuator unit, the cross talk is effectively prevented.
