ABSTRACT:
An ink jet printhead for ejecting an ink from a nozzle. An ink ejection chamber holding ink confronts the nozzle. The liquid ejection chamber shares with a sealed pressure chamber one wall made from a thin film. The sealed pressure chamber is filled with a liquid that generates a bubble when heated to its boiling point. To another wall of the sealed pressure chamber is formed a heat resistor for rapidly heating the pressurizing liquid to its boiling point which is higher than the operation temperature.
