The cross sectional shape of a surface211defining the tube guide groove211A that contacts the tube100has an arc shape formed concentrically with the balls5. The balls5, which are held by the retainer4A, roll on the tube100while pressing and squashing a portion of the tube100as a rotor3A rotates in order to discharge liquid inside the tube100.
