Liquid detergent compositions comprising anionic surfactant and phosphate builder in which the cations are monoethanolammonium or monoethanolammonium in admixture with ammonium, sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium cations. The compositions are particularly suited for removing cooked-on foods from cooking utensils.
