ABSTRACT:
A moisture detection sensor includes a resonant circuit composed of an antenna coil53and a capacitor C. A noncontact tag composed of covering materials51and57covers the resonant circuit. The capacitor C has a pair of electrodes52and56and a dielectric55interposed between the electrodes52and56, and the covering material57contains a through-hole57athat allows the liquid to infiltrate into the dielectric55from outside.
