ABSTRACT:
A liquid crystal display device has a capacitance-compensated structure disposed on the side of the drain overlapping a pixel electrode. The capacitance-compensated structure can compensate the gate-drain parasitic capacitor (Cgd) when the parasitic capacitance in the overlapping region between the drain and the gate is changed.
