ABSTRACT:
Compounds of the formula ##STR1## where R.sub.1 is a trinuclear aromatic or biaryl group; R.sub.2 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 to C.sub.6 alkyl or cycloalkyl; n is 0 or 1; and M is a pharmaceutically acceptable cation, are potent inhibitors of the enzymes 5-, 12-, and 15-lipoxygenase.
