ABSTRACT:
The present invention generally relates to a novel catalytic subunit of a lipid kinase designated p110.delta.. Polynucleotides encoding p110.delta. and recombinant p110.delta. polypeptides are provided along with antibodies to p110.delta., assays for identifying inhibitors of p110.delta., and the like.
