A linear motion rolling guide unit capable of being adapted to an ultra-reduction in size. A recessed portion23is provided in each of the side faces18of a track rail R below a lower raceway face2and extends parallel to the axis of the track rail R. An underside seal24has a seal portion24dfacing the recessed portion23. Engaging hooks24care provided at the two ends of the underside seal24. End caps3, 4have engaging holes26engaging with the respective engaging hooks24c. The underside seals24and the end caps3and4are each formed of a synthetic resin in one piece.
