ABSTRACT:
Contacting carbon monoxide, at lease one .alpha.-olefin, and at least one conjugated diene in the presence of a catalyst composition formed by contacting a palladium compound, the anion of an acid having a pKa less than 6 and a bidentate phosphorus or nitrogen ligand results in the production of novel polyketone terpolymers.
