ABSTRACT:
A lighting apparatus includes a lighting tube10, a socket20and an adapter casing30. The lighting tube10has a lighting tube main body11, a seating portion12provided at a basal end portion of the lighting tube main body, electrode terminals14provided at the seating portion, and a connecting portion cover40covering a connecting portion formed between the lighting tube main body and the seating portion in a hermetically sealed manner. The adaptor casing30and the connecting portion cover40are detachably connected in a state in which the socket20into which the seating portion12of the lighting tube10is inserted is accommodated in the socket accommodation space31, whereby the socket20and the seating portion12of the lighting tube10are hermetically sealed by the adaptor casing30and the connecting portion cover40.
