ABSTRACT:
A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material prevented from rottenness or decomposition by bacteria or mold without degradation of photographic properties such as sensitivity and fog. The silver halide photographic light-sensitive material has a photographic constituent layer containing at least one silver halide emulsion layer, and the silver halide grains contained in the emulsion layer comprises not less than 90 mole % of silver chloride. The photographic constituent layer contains at least one organic compound capable of forming a compound having a solubility product Ksp of not more than 1.times.10.sup.-11 with a silver ion, and at least one compound selected from the group of the compounds having the following Formula I, II, III or IV: ##STR1##
