ABSTRACT:
A light color optionally hydrogenated petroleum hydrocarbon resin including an aromatic hydrocarbon component useful for tackifying block copolymers is described which has a softening point of about 0.degree. C. to about 40.degree. C., a number average molecular weight (Mn) of from 350 to 600 and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of from 1:1 to about 2.0.
