A light adjuster which is free from occurrence of cloudiness, and can maintain sufficient workability to improve the yield. In the light adjuster, transparent electrically conductive films102aand102bare provided on respective surfaces of a pair of PET films103aand103b, a liquid crystal layer 101 is interposed between the transparent electrically conductive films102aand102b, and the force required for stripping the liquid crystal layer101from the transparent electrically conductive films102aand102bis in a range of 15 to 50 g/cm.
