ABSTRACT:
A lever shifting device for a bicycle for operating a bicycle derailleur having a return spring and provided with a positioning mechanism having a positioning member which rotates in association with an operating lever to set the speed change stage of the derailleur is disclosed. Between a fixing member and the positioning member is provided an auxiliary spring, so that the operating lever can be lightly operated against the return spring.
