An opening direction of guide grooves formed in sub bearing portions55, 58are different from an opening direction of guide grooves formed in the main bearing portions54, 57. Therefore, when the first, second lens holders31, 32can easily be assembled to the main guide shaft50and the sub guide shaft51by one operation that after the fitting of the sub guide shaft51into the guide groove of the sub bearing portion55, 58in the first, second lens holder31, 32, the first, second lens holder31, 32is rotated and slid against the sub guide shaft51so that the guide groove of the main bearing portion54, 57is fitted to the main guide shaft50in Y direction.
