ABSTRACT:
A tuneable lumped LC electronic delay line for delaying RF signals in a bandwidth of at least 100 MHz by a substantially constant amount throughout the band, the delay line including a plurality of deformable air coil inductors that are inductively coupled to one another, a plurality of capacitors connected between each inductor pair and electrical ground, and a reactive element connected at one end of the series of inductors and reactively coupled to electrical ground.
