A new and distinct cultivar of Lavender plant named ‘Coccap’, characterized by its compact, upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit, dense and bushy plant form; early flowering habit; and red purple-colored flowers with light pink-colored terminal flower bracts.
