ABSTRACT:
A laundry machine has means for receiving water and fabrics to be laundered therein. An electronically commutated motor is adapted to be electronically commutated in a plurality of different sequences to effect oscillation and unidirectional rotation of the receiving means so as to launder the fabrics in the fluid and thereafter centrifugally displace water from the fabrics, and driving means is associated between the electronically commutated motor and the receiving means.
