A latch is mounted on the object and includes two latch portions, each of which is formed to engage and be trapped by one of the catches upon movement of the object toward one of the positions. A first of the latch portions is manipulable from one side of the object to release the other of the latch portions from its associated catch. Similarly, the other latch portion is manipulable from the other side of the object to release the first portion from its associated catch.
