A reflecting-mirror-equipped lamp2000is constituted by a high pressure discharge lamp150and a reflecting mirror300. The reflecting mirror300includes a wide opening310and a narrow opening320. A first sealing portion101aof the high pressure discharge lamp150is fixed near the narrow portion320of the reflecting mirror300, and provided with no base. A second sealing portion101bof the high pressure discharge lamp150is provided at a side of the wide opening310of the reflecting mirror300. An external lead104of the first sealing portion101aand an outward-drawn lead wire204aare joined to each other by the plastic flow of a caulking member10.
