ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides a laminated foam sheet for car interior comprising a foamed core layer of modified polyphenylene ether resin(I) and film layer(s) of thermoplastic resin laminated thereon, characterized in that the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic resin of said film layer is lower than that of the modified polyphenylene ether resin(I) of said foamed core layer and makes it possible to obtain molded bodies in a simple manner using the laminated foam sheet. Since the molded bodies obtained by the present invention have the superior characters of heat resistance, rigidity, light weight and good heat insulation, they can be appropriately used as the car interiors such as the materials for the ceiling and door trims.
