ABSTRACT:
A kitchen ventilator has a first outlet for connection to an evacuation duct and a second outlet for recirculation air. The pressure side of the fan is connected to these outlets by means of first and second air ducts, respectively, located side by side in the ventilator casing. A valve flap with vertical pivot axis is located at the duct fork and immediately adjacent the bottom wall of the casing and is directly adjustable from below the casing by means of a turning knob accessible through an opening in said bottom wall.
