ABSTRACT:
A keyboard switch circuit for directly obtaining binary coded signals. The keyboard has 2.sup.m columns and two or more rows which are connected to a sequential timing source. The rows and columns are selectively connected to inputs of the gate groups for outputting each bit code of binary coded signals associated with respective keys. The inputs of the gates associated with any one of the bit codes are connected to the columns or rows which are connected to the keys having the same bit code as the gates.
