ABSTRACT:
A joint assembly for an arched building structure comprises a non-corrugated flat plate member and at least one corrugated plate member connected to and extending outwardly of the non-corrugated plate member. The corrugated plate member has proximal and distal ends with corrugations extending therebetween and the proximal end abuts the non-corrugated plate member. The corrugations extend in side-by-side relation in a straight line with the line extending in the lengthwise direction of the non-corrugated plate member. The corrugations may have a trapezoidal cross section though corrugations having other shapes may be used.
