ABSTRACT:
An improved joint assembly between first and second structural components, one of which is a primary support component, comprises a non-circular opening through the first member and a notched mounting member which is introduced through the non-circular opening and rotated 90.degree. to a locking position relative to the primary support component. The mounting member includes at least one mounting leg extending perpendicular to the primary support component and having leg edges parallel to one another and spaced apart a first distance, an outer end spaced from the primary support component a second distance at least equal to the first distance and a mounting opening through the mounting member adjacent the outer end for the attachment of the other structural member to the primary support component.
