ABSTRACT:
The compound of the formula, ##STR1## wherein R.sup.4 is hydrogen, lower-alkanoyl or benzyloxycarbonyl and R.sup.2 is lower-alkyl or acid-addition salts thereof, useful as intermediates in the production of beta-aminoalcohols.
