ABSTRACT:
A three-phase low temperature Fischer-Tropsch (LTFT) process wherein CO and H2are converted to hydrocarbons and possibly oxygenates thereof by contacting the CO and H2with an iron-based Fischer-Tropsch catalyst in a LTFT reactor in the presence of an acid which is introduced into the LTFT reactor.
