ABSTRACT:
An intracardiac suture device comprises: a first shaft assembly1including a first shaft11and a first suture needle-holding means4provided at a distal end of the first shaft11;a second shaft assembly2comprising a second shaft21;a third shaft assembly3comprising a third shaft31and a handling portion33;and a puncture assembly5provided at a proximal end thereof with a second suture needle-holding means51.The second shaft21is protrusible by sliding-movement from the distal end of the first shaft11toward the first suture needle-holding means4,and a suture needle6is transferable between the first suture needle-holding means4and the second suture needle-holding means51when the third shaft31is slid to the distal end of the second shaft21after sliding the second shaft21to a position where a suture site is held between the second shaft21and the first suture needle-holding means4.
