ABSTRACT:
The present invention is characterized in that if a potential at an output node is increased to a higher predetermined level than an output potential a MOS transistor of a potential stabilizing circuit, which is disposed at a ground power supply side, is turned on thereby turning on a MOS transistor disposed at the ground power supply side, forcing the potential at the output node to be restored to the same level as that of the output potential, and if the potential at the output node is decreased to a lower predetermined level than the output potential a MOS transistor of the potential stabilizing circuit, which is disposed at a power supply side, is turned on thereby turning on a MOS transistor disposed at the power supply side, forcing the potential at the output node to be restored to the same level as that of the output potential.
