ABSTRACT:
Methods and devices of determining the interface class used on a communication pathway are disclosed. The method compares information derived from the communication pathway to information about known interface classes to determine whether the derived information is similar to the information corresponding to the known interface classes.Devices according to the present invention include hardware and computer readable storage mediums having encoded instructions for carrying out the method.
