ABSTRACT:
A device for use in an intake path of an internal combustion engine may include a body portion, e.g., an insert body portion sized to be received within an opening defined in an intake path of an internal combustion engine, and at least one passage surface defining at least one passage about an axis through the body portion. The passage surface may define at least one channel. At least a portion of the passage surface may be tapered. Further, at least a portion of the passage surface may form at least a part of a venturi.
