An insulation sleeve assembling apparatus that assembles a tubular insulation sleeve to a lead wire that is formed of a plurality of conductors includes an actuator unit that rotates the insulation sleeve while actuating the lead wire and the insulation sleeve in a direction in which the lead wire and the insulation sleeve approach each other.
