ABSTRACT:
An insulating spacer30comprises a plurality of unit spacers40, and a flexible coupling portion41for coupling the unit spacers40along the axial direction thereof, wherein the unit spacer40comprises a plurality of annular plates42and43each having an insertion hole44for inserting the auxiliary anode11, and a coupling frame45for coupling the annular plates42and43in the axial direction of the auxiliary anode11while opening the outer circumference side thereof. The auxiliary anode unit10is constituted by inserting the insulating spacer30into the auxiliary anode11, and since each unit spacer40is coupled, the distal end of the auxiliary anode11is naturally located in proximity to the insertion hole44provided in the next unit spacer40when the auxiliary anode11penetrates one unit spacer40. Accordingly, the auxiliary anode11can be inserted into the insulating spacer30by series of works, and as a result, the auxiliary anode unit10can be manufactured with good workability.
