ABSTRACT:
A pair of angular contact bearings20A,20B are disposed between a bearing house16bof an inspection head16and a head supporting tube8, and a spacer25and a spring bearing ring26are disposed between outer races20oof the bearings20A,20B. The spacer25and the spring bearing ring26are urged by a coil spring27toward the side of the outer race20o. An O-ring28is disposed between the spacer25and the outer race20oof the bearing20B, and the outer circumference of the O-ring is brought into closely contact with the inner circumference of the bearing house16b. The outer races20oare constrained by a step part16fin the bearing house16band an end cap29screwed into the inspection head16. Removing the end cap29makes it possible to take out the bearing housing16band a main shaft part16cintegrally from atop of the bearings20A,20B.
