ABSTRACT:
The bag includes a selected volume of gas having a selected volume of dead space. The dead space being provided to accommodate expansion of the gas in the event of atmospheric and temperature changes. The dead space is within a range of 9% to 9.5% of the combined volume of the bag. The selected volume of air is sufficient such that complete drainage of an ink supply line to the printhead is allowed.
